This past Wednesday I had the pleasure of attending the #LDBeauty event, hosted by London Drugs cosmetics! 

The party was held at Market on 17th Ave, and the venue was absolutely perfect; delicious food, champagne, and new un-released makeup... what's better?

Each attendee got a massive bag that we ended up filling with each new product being sampled! 

From contour palettes, eyeshadow palettes, multiple kinds of mascara, lip stains galore, makeup wipes, shampoo, hairspray, nail polish, you name it, we got it!

We received so much to sample it was overwhelming, but who am I kidding... I loved it! 

Below are a few of my personal favorite pieces of swag we received! I can't wait to try everything!

Here I am holding my swag bag... I'm not even exaggerating when I say that it weighed close to 80 pounds. 

A peek into the swag bag... Like I said, the swag was real!

I'm such a fan of a contour palette! This "Revolution Ultra Contour" palette is my new favorite! Tip: you can wear all these colors as eyeshadow as well! I personally like to wear the sparkly highlighter shades as eyeshadow all the time!

Okay, full disclosure; I think this "NYX ombre blush" is brilliant! This blush was truly made with the lazy girl in mind! Why mix three different shades of blush for an illuminating effect when you can do that all in just one swipe?! So excited to try this baby!

I've had shellac nail polish on my toe nails consistently for the past 3 years. With the new "Essie Shellac" polish, I don't need to book a pedicure ever again! The most amazing thing about this product is that there is no UV light needed to set the polish! Paint the shellac color on your nails, follow with the shellac top coat, and BAM, you're done! 

How many of you wear, have owned, or currently own the Nars Orgasm Blush and Laguna Bronzer set? Well, I have some news for you! This "e.l.f. blush and bronzer set" is pretty much identical, and less than half the price! I mean... what's better?! 

Not only do I love contour palettes, I love eyeshadow palettes too! Sometimes, you don't want your eyeshadow to be glittery, and that is when this "e.l.f. Mad for Matte" palette comes into play! Mix as many shades as you want together to get your desired color, or wear a color by itself, regardless, it will look great! 

Mascara is my all time favorite beauty product. Honestly, everyone looks a little bit better with long, dark, and curled eyelashes! I've tried pretty much every mascara on the market at least once to find my favorite one, and now I get to try all of these! If you want length, volume, waterproof separated, or doll like lashes, "Annabelle Cosmetics" has the mascara for you!
