Mother's Day Run, Walk & Ride With Sport Chek

This Mother's Day, I am lucky enough to team up with Sport Chek for their annual "Mother's Day Run, Walk & Ride" on Sunday, May 13th!

The Spork Chek Mother's Day Run, Walk & Ride is Calgary's largest fundraising event with proceeds going to the amazing charites "Calgary Health Trust," and "Jumpstart!"

Finally the weather is nice so we can bring our workouts outside! Be that a short bike ride, a walk around the block, or a lengthy jog, any type of outdoor exercise you do will help you prepare for this year's Mother's Day Run, Walk & Ride.
